And when they fail they banned from ever getting a refund/discount and are no longer afforded saes prices and cannot redeem coupons. If they fail again they are no longer allowed to speak to a manager for any reason whatsoever. Third strike they are no longer allowed to shop in public and any deliveries made automatically have a 50% rudeness surcharge and they no longer have "options". They can only order generic stuff. Pasta- not a specific kind of noodle. Tee shirt- no specific size or color. Unless it's for pets, kids or allergy related.

'How you behave in a restaurant'. Do you wait to be seated? Do you sit at a dirty table? Do you let the server introduce themselves? How do you speak to the staff? As a veteran restaurant employee I think all of this is very telling.
