Guys, it has begun. Those of us who were born in the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s are officially old now. At least that's what teenagers on the internet are trying to make us believe. The belief that you were somehow born into the wrong generation is probably older than the world itself, nevertheless, it still feels quite strange whenever you hear someone say that they wish they were born in the 1990s. That wasn't that long time ago, guys! My folks and I still have a dial-up phone lying around somewhere and a full box of cassettes, too.
Scroll down below to see the full list of youngsters pleading their love for the 1990s. And remember - we were all teenagers once and were probably also dreaming of the good old 'simpler' times when going through our parents' old photos.

Well that is when the over sensitive culture started which is why South Park and other shows came out to counter that. And how sweet you think we all got along, I mean the race riots in New York, Chicago, LA. I former head of the KKK almost getting elected governor of a state, homosexuality was a criminal offense in a number of states. Yup we all got along just fine
The only difference is that you believed everything your friends told you instead of the internet. Same thing.
People have said the same thing in every generation. It was no better in times past.
Not really. It was apathetic. Everything was wrong but people felt helpless to change it, sooo apathy.
Eh, I mean, this generation has done some pretty erratic and stupid stuff, but you shouldn't hate it.
Wouldn't y'all want to be a teenager in the '90's? Not born in '90's. I was in high school '93-'97. I enjoyed the music of nirvana and pearl jam AS IT WAS HAPPENING. I remember where I was when it was announced cobain died.
...wouldn't they need to be born in the 80s? (I was, lol) so that they could actually "grow up" in the 90s and enjoy it? (I did, lol)
The best thing about growing up in de 90's is that there is no proof of the sh.. we did on the internet.
I wish I was born in 1910 so when I grew up I could use those cool-looking telephones and shatter phonograph records when I got mad. Wait . . . I would have been broke and unemployed when the Depression hit. Never mind.
