Our dog crossed rainbow Bridge 3 weeks ago and my house feels so empty without him, he was part of our family for 13 years and his very much missed. My 4 year old daughter is completely lost without her gentle giant by her side :(

Just lost my pet bird a few weeks ago. I know how it feels.

It's ok, they're out there playing with all of our gone but not forgotten furkids

My cat just passed away October 25th so I know how feel, I knew she wasn't feeling well and after taking her into the ER they said there was nothing they could do, the week before I told her if she was ready to go she can go all I ask is that you don't go and hide somewhere that you go in my arm's and that Tuesday night around 11pm she passed away while she was laying next to me. I had an appointment to have her put down on the 26th.

I truly understand your pain. I lost my beloved cat a year and a half ago and it still hurts. I feel like I lost a part of myself. We all need to take as much time to grieve as we need.

We lost 3 since October 2021. Lewis in October... developed complications to his recently diagnosed diabetes, Cushing's and pancreatitis. He was nearly 14...I brought him home at 7 weeks. Mid August Buddy died of lymphoma... after just 2 months of treatment. We adopted a sweet boy. from the humane society. Looked like a miniature fox and ADORED my husband. 6 weeks after the adoption he went into seizures. The hospital tried for hours. But nothing helped. Been a. Tough year. Our 3 tiny Furbabies are so missed.

You know, you always have the option to just stay quiet. Maybe you should try it.

Technically dogs CAN eat low quality chocolate, it's the good quality bitter chocolate that can threaten their health and wellbeing. Obviously this statement varies on each dog and I wouldn't give my dog chocolate everyday just because it won't kill her (and I have a 1kg Chihuahua so maybe I shouldn't f**k around dose dependant stuff, she would get sick with less amount) but my father is a vet and a lot of times we have to explain to crazed owners that their dog won't die an instant and painful death because they took a bit out of their cheap "chocolate" cake...

Not really, my family dogs ate chocolate many times and they were healthy and lived to be 14-16 years old..

I'm so sorry. My dog died a few months ago as well. I try to remind myself that, no matter what I told her or promised her, all she heard was, "Human is paying attention to me! Yay! Attention!"
