Even though the subreddit is mainly focused on photos, internet users can also write text posts as well. However, these have to be descriptive.

Sort of. The Karen is a parasitic species that uses a Walmart manager as an intermediate host for the larval stage of its life cycle. That's why the adult Karen always demands to see a manager.

Oh gosh, apart of the Karen thing, this could be my aunts. Twins, around 70 years old, still dress the same. Of course they are single, no kids and live together. (Not that being single and having no kids is bad, but they would have liked to have those things). They recently build a house together.. Super religiouse catholics (Poland), racist and think they are the smartest on the planet.

Me too! I had twin great aunts (Neta and Reta lol) who lived out of state, they apparently had separate houses, kids and husband's. But I only ever saw them when they came to visit together, dressed exactly alike down to the last detail, and they were so small they looked like old children. Kinda freaked me out as a kid, but they were lovely women. The surviving twin (i still get their names confused) turned 100 last year.

I always find it kind of sad when twins dress alike. Especially adult twins. I mean, being part of a twin is not really all of your identity, right..?

They could be at one of those twin conventions. It's expected there, no matter your age.

I wish they weren't called Karens. That's my name. I don't like that haircut...I must say though , I've seen much worse. I'm polite, kind, and I don't like to get people into trouble with their managers. The outfits are not to my taste, but, you can't judge a book by its cover. And you can't judge someone based on their name. I wish this would stop. It hurts my feelings.

Do you think they are ever separate? I mean live lives outside of being identical twins? Dressing differently living separately? Growing up in San Francisco I would often see the famous "San Francisco twins". They always dressed identically, what a trip it was to see them. ,

I don’t think it’s weird or creepy when twins at any age dress alike. Since their genes and therefore their brain structure are nearly identical, they obviously like the same stuff. Other people maybe don’t understand this but that’s their problem not the twins ones.

Once twins hit school age, it's time for them to dress differently and find their own styles and personalities. This makes me so sad.

Meanwhile, the photos themselves have to meet a certain standard of quality, too. The mod team asks its members to only share sightings that are unique and interesting.

Of course, weirdness might be a tad subjective, but you can get a sense of what’s expected of you when you browse the sub.

On top of that, all of the sightings have to be done in public. The members of the community also have to keep all of their discussions civil and respect one another if they want to continue being a part of r/peopleofwalmart.

On top of that, Walmart is also expanding its healthcare business. However, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. ‘Fortune’ notes that the business agreed to a $3.1 billion settlement related to its pharmacies allegedly overprescribing painkillers.

Reuters recently reported that Walmart is changing how its hourly starting wage structure works for entry-level store employees. This is done in order to reduce costs in a slowing job market.

What this essentially means is that store workers, including cashiers, personal shoppers, stockers, self-checkout helpers, and associates manning departments such as sporting goods or electronics will all receive the same hourly starting wages that are paid at the store.

Reuters notes that Walmart pays its employees different starting wages depending on where the store is based. “For example, workers in the Northeast start at higher rates compared to the Midwest,” the news agency notes. Hatfield said that the new wage structure will not change Walmart’s minimum hourly wage, which currently stands at $14. Nor, the spokesperson said, will this result in pay cuts for existing employees.
