A false sense of entitlement, deep-seated insecurity, and a penchant for rudeness are what separates real jerks from the people we’d rather keep company.
While the world is chock full of amazing people who go out of their way to brighten someone else’s day with kindness, it’s also got quite a few bad apples who don’t care what happens to everyone else, so long as they get whatever they want. And some… some enjoy wrecking other people’s day just for a cheap, malicious laugh.

Psychotherapist Silva Neves, who is based in the United Kingdom, shared with Bored Panda his insights about insecure behavior, how it’s expressed, and (perhaps most importantly) what the cure for it is. He summarized the core of the issue as some people having a mindset that simply screams “I’m not enough!” And that is the root limiting belief that leads to a lot of anguish for a lot of people.

However, not all insecure people behave the same. Individuals who are insecure can behave very differently. While some lash out, others shut themselves off from the world.

Sadly these are probably legal. I drive a low slung roadster and get blinded by the cars behind me if they get too close as both side mirrors and the rear view mirror direct the headlights towards me - I can dip the rear view mirror, but the not so easy with the side mirrors. The worst are SUVs as their headlights are higher - I think it needs a change in the law to make the beam range a set distance from the car rather than 2% down angle.

Not that vandalism should be condoned but in art stores they USUALLY have an area to test paints/pens etc because you don't want to buy the product to find out this brand "burnt umber" is wildly different from that brand's "burnt umber". It's cost saving for corporate to not provide a means to pre-test paint.

I wear a visor. A mask does cause me a bit of a problem as I have a very low red cell count. I will wear a mask if required/requested, but I will struggle a little bit. But when ars*holes like this appear spreading their filth, then people like me suffer. Right now I'm sitting at home, miserable as f*ck because some c*nt coughed on the back of my neck in a supermarket shortly after I got out of hospital and gave me covid! I had just been released after having breathing difficulties from a chest infection caused by complications to heart surgery

I have asthma, when I need to get food, I'll put on a mask and take my inhaler, if I need to use it I will try to exit the shop I'm in. IT IS LITERALLY A PIECE OF FABRIC ON YOUR FACE FOR 15-20 MINUTES IT IS NOT THAT HARD.

Just disgusting. I don't even wear a mask for myself; I wear masks for those around me I care about. Are masks annoying? Yes they are. Do I need to wear one still? No but I do. I will not be the cause of someone getting seriously sick. Don't have to wear masks now at stores but I still do and will until this virus is gone or no longer a danger

I have a note from my doctor exempting me from wearing a mask (legitimately). So what did I do? First I wrote a mask anyway and kept the note on me in case I absolutely had to take a break, and had a plan to move away from crowds or preferably outdoors if I did. Then I found an electronic mask online called Atmoblu (now on Amazon) that was absolutely fantastic. I've had it for nearly 2 years and when this is all over I'm keeping it for travel in areas with lots of pollution!

I want one. Where do you get something like this? Me: (after they tell me where they got it) Well, you better give them a call—-and make it quick—-because you’re not getting this one back, and I’m going to call the police and tell them about your “dealer”. If you use these you are just as evil as all the people bringing their "service dogs" to public places. I have trained my dog as a service dog but no longer need his services (diabetic alert dog). I know with 95% accuracy most of the time whether or not your pooch is legitimate and I have no room for people who abuse the system and ruin it for the people who genuinely have a need.

Ditto! The most anger-inducing event that I experienced with my PTSD dog is from about 5ish years ago, so pre-Covid. We were at the mall, mind you he has a red high-visibility tactical vest with multiple "Working Dog: Do Not Pet" and "Medical Alert: Do Not Distract" patches on his vest... This woman walks up starts petting my dog and says, "I bought a vest just like that for my little dog so I can take her with me on vacation! Yours looks so professional though, where did you get it? I wish I had my dog here today. To be honest, she'd probably bite your dog." Totally nonchalant, like what she had just said wasn't the most insulting thing she could say to someone who needs a service dog.

I'm autistic and certain kinds of masks trigger my sensory issues so badly, I was having meltdowns or almost-meltdowns trying to go on occasional errand at the start of quarantine. Luckily I found a kind that's tolerable but I never stopped wearing them so if I can, the nondisabled lazy pricks definitely can and had better!

My previous job wouldn't allow people with exemptions because we were a non-essential business. It's amazing how many people who are exempt from wearing masks suddenly actually can wear a mask when you tell them they have to. I actually argued with a lady who was demanding I give her a mask, saying how if you're exempt then how are you gonna wear that mask?

It's simple really, either wear a mask or stay out of the store, movie, plane etc. You don't have to wear the mask but you don't have to enter the store either. With many of the government rules and regulations being dropped, some places are keeping the mask rules in place, I will wear one, if you won't, stay home.

This is not just a bad fake, but half of the text on it is a lie. "denying access to your business" is the RIGHT of a business owner. They make the rules, not the customer or the FTBA. If the business owner declares his store a "masks or no service" zone, that's the law from then moment on, because, wait for it, a business is a private property. The FTBA has no say in any of that.

I have issues breathing, after short time wearing a mask i start to feel dizzy. But im not an a*****e and i wear a mask! Stopped going grocery shopping etc because of that, it was taking too long and causing me a headache, but i could not imagine going to the store without a mask.

I hate people. The other day I was selling some plants because we are moving and cant take them. This couple comes almost an hour later, demands to enter my house to see my other plants (no way) and when i went inside to get them other plant they stole two from me. I only realsied after they were gone. F**k people. Stealing houseplants that i was selling for 3 euros? I wish I had told them to f**k off when they came late instead of being acomodating.

Mother is not any better. Like to sweep garden refuse to our side of the curb. Son adds beer cans to the pile. Real pigs
