Paris Syndrome: The Project That Compares The Real Paris With Its Replica In China
In 2007, Paris charm was transported to China, The Tianducheng gated community, located in Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province, is a Chinese replica of the City of Light and was intended to house more than 10,000 people.
Tianducheng even has its own Eiffel Tower, although this Chinese version is only 108 meters high and the French original is 324 meters.
French photographer François Prost created the "Paris Syndrome" project where he with incredible precision compares the two cities.
The neighborhood years ago seemed like a ghost town, but apparently it is now beginning to have life.
