There’s A New Trend Where People Share Unusual Friends Visiting Their Windows, And We Can’t Get Enough
Some unexpected visitors at your window are more welcome than others. Pretty much all human beings are a creepy no. Maybe you have seen that menacing kangaroo creepily tapping the window with its huge claws? Hell no!
Birds, on the other hand are generally a beautiful sight to behold, waiting patiently at your window and looking inquisitively inside. Some people (known as ‘twitchers’), go to great lengths to get a sight of some of these birds, travelling around the world for just a glimpse. These lucky folks don’t even have to leave their couch!
We here at Bored Panda have compiled a list of times when birds and humans became buddies, and our feathered friends began to stop by for a visit. Scroll down below to check it out, and feel free to add your own ‘twitcher’ pics!

These Little Fellas Were Born On The House I Live In
Wow, seems the hawk-type birds are quite common thing above 10th floor. I didn't expect to see as many. It must be awesome to be able to look at them so up close. And better feeling knowing they are free, ulike when visiting a ZOO.
I caught an osprey, red tail hawk, and maybe a barbary falcon too :)
Load More Replies...We have a pair of kestrels living on the roof but I live on the 7th floor(and it's a 14th floor building), so they never pay a visit to my balcony.
I work in shop. We get them in here once in a while. I was gonna draw a bird and put it on my window (office inside shop with window to shop) and submit it. Naw.... too lazy. That requires me drawing, getting up, tape art to window, walk back to the the desk to get tape, realize you work in an auto shop, what the hell do we need tape for, can't find tape. lose interest... wait what was I doing? Oh yeah, Oil Change...
I had a sneaking suspicion birds flew and landed places. Now I have photographic evidence.
If you would like your feathered office friend's species identified please post his picture on my Facebook Page: Britt the Bird Expert. I provide this service free for the fun of it.
Anyone else notice how many parrots there are in these photos? (Mitred/cherry head conure, lories, cockatoos, macaws, ringneck, ect?) Knowing my pet parrot, she would totally pull something like this :)
I wish every heading had just the country where the picture (so the bird) belongs. Instead that is the same line written in 100 different silly ways.
I dont have any pictures due to the magpie is on the roof above my bedroom but she likes to wake me up between 4-6 in the morning during spring-autumn with her chatting so much that she have earned the name Chiterchatter. I just wish she would stop trying to say words. So far its; 'Ha deg vekk' ('Go away') which is totally not creepy with a raspy magpie voice Chiterchatter!
