55 Unhinged 2000s Pop Culture Moments That Had No Business Being This Iconic
The kids of today will never know the struggle of having to wait a whole week for the next episode of their favorite tv show. Or not being able to pause, rewind, play back a scene or pick a particular episode on a whim.
Streaming platforms mean little humans can now binge-watch Cocomelon, Paw Patrol, Bluey and all the Jurassic Parks to their hearts' content. Fortunately, it also means the adults among us are still able to rewatch many of our former favorite kiddies shows when we’re feeling a bit nostalgic.
Talking of nostalgia, we recently came across a really cool corner of the internet, where over 545,000 people gather to view a wall of wonderful childhood memories. As the bio states, the IG page childhoodshow is "a collection of movies, tv shows, music, and pop culture from the 2000s".
Bored Panda had some fun and picked out our favorite posts. Keep scrolling for an epic trip back to your youth, and don't forget to upvote the ones that give you all the wayback feels.

Only if they do it in the country they filmed it in, then I can visit without flying 😂
Totally! It's like for most movies women can't be friends with other women when in my personal experiencie, we are capable of very profound and wholesome friendships.
Talk about a glow-up. I can't even look at those hairstyles in the second pic. 🤢
I love the South Park songs they do of them 😝 “Cause my mom doesn't like it when I'm naughty. She'll make me clean my room if I'm naughty.”
Can we take a moment to appreciate that "apart" means the opposite of "a part of"?
I never watched H20, but I just rewatched Blue Water High which she is in
I was born in 1990, but it never feels quite right to say I was a 90s kid since I have little to no memory half the decade. But my gosh, I have no recollection of 90% of the stuff of this 2000s list either.
Yeah I'm going to be honest almost nothing on this list resonated with me in any way shape or form. I was not a fan of this list but I'm sure somebody liked it
Load More Replies...Back in my day, we didn't have real-budget TV shows made exclusively for kids. We had Saturday-morning cartoons, but all the good ones were created for movie theaters 30 years earlier. Comparing this to my childhood is like comparing Disney to the grimm fairy tales they were based on. We had, "remember the time Colenol Blake was shot down over the Sea of Japan? Or Remember the time little old Edith Bunker got raped and later died of a stroke? Or remember the time Shirley was written off the show by having her go insane after her fiance Ted Danson died in a grisly fire death? Or Battlestar Galactica when they even killed the cute little kid's f*****g dog? Or how about remember the time Arnold's best friend got molested by a pedophile? Or the time Dr Pierce went insane because the chicken the Korean woman strangled when they were hiding from the North Koreans turned out to be her baby. But we couldn't watch "Three's Company" because it was too adult.
