In my opinion, beauty pageants for any child under 18 is WRONG on more levels and in more ways than too many pageant moms ever stop to consider. No 4 yo little girl even knows what a beauty pageant is really. The whole idea comes straight from the mothers. Nothing like turning a child into a target for the creeps who actually go to these events for ALL THE WRONG REASONS!

Normally the manager does take care of it. I never worked a job where I had to take care of it myself. But low-paying jobs often don't have sick days or sick leave, so that would probably be where that would happen.
