What Politics Looks Like When You Delete Men From The Photos
Elle UK recently published a video showing how few women are in powerful positions around the world. The video is part of Elle’s greater #MoreWomen campaign, and was produced by Alex Holder and Alyssa Boni from RSA films. To make the film, pictures of political gatherings were Photoshopped to remove all men, leaving eerily empty rooms with only a few women.
“The story of how women in positions of strength continually support and empower each other is consistently ignored while the myth that we pit ourselves against each other perpetuates,” reads the #MoreWomen campaign page on Elle. “We want to change this narrative in our feminism issue and create a more positive conversation – to reflect the power of women, and to support and grow each other as we push for global equality.”

I do to, but you have to understand the complexity of the issue. Someone should not be chosen to fill the "woman role" or the "token black" but we instinctual hire and mentor people more like ourselves. Its good to note the lack of diversity in any area. We need more men in elementary schools and nursing for example.
