If you haven’t yet heard of social media cooking star Nat’s What I Reckon, I promise you’ll love him once you watch him.
The Guardian has called him an “isolation cooking sensation” and Nat, who hails from Sydney has become a sweary social media viral star with his lockdown cooking content – he’s collected him a solid and dedicated audience of two million, with his videos frequently clocking up views well into the millions along the way.
He’s on a mission to do away with pre-packaged foods and help people to cook simple dishes from scratch, like Delia Smith or Jamie Oliver with a whole lot more F-words.
Looking like a heavy metal Rockstar, and ranting about pasta sauce, it’s hard to describe Nat in a way that does him justice – the best thing I can do is send you to his YouTube channel – have a watch of the video below advising you to “f**k packet rice”.
Nat is about to go on a “virtual world tour” on 14th October 2020 – which promises to be epically entertaining evening of piss-taking and previously unreleased videos, and audiences are invited to join Nat in his hour-long multimedia stage show and video party.
Tickets start at £8 and there’s also a “VIP Charity Auction” where viewers to interact with the show live on stage through a Skype connection, chat with Nat and play interactive games as part of the beamed out live from Sydney, Australia at the crack of dawn to the UK, Canada, Europe, Africa and Ireland. Mental health charity CALM who will receive 50% of the auction bits – so if you like cooking, comedy, interaction, game shows & giving to charity, then you’re in luck.
