I have been drawing for almost 35 years and in 2014 I decided to paint a piece for a friend of mine, and thought to myself if it didn’t work, no worries.
However it turned out really well and my friend loved it… so I decided to paint some more, and ever since then I haven’t stopped…
Consequently I have sold more in the past 3 years than I have the entire 33 years prior using pencil.
My first piece was Screaming Jay Hawkins… and he really did ‘put a spell on me’…… haha

Amazing work with just basically 2 colors and shading of the two between light and dark!
