To minimize the visual impact of animals' captivity in my photographs, I may approach within a physically permissible range but refrain from needlessly chasing or pursuing beyond necessity. It is a matter of course to be mindful of not causing unnecessary disturbances. I leave it to the animals' free will and behavior to come closer or move away as they wish.
