Either way, all these people definitely didn't get what they were expecting and it's hilarious. Keep on scrolling to take a look and don't forget to vote for your favorites!

And on the other side of the planet someone is posting an article with "The strange things people order". With these exact same pictures.
I literally just saw this in the sun newspaper app! I'm confused now!
Load More Replies...From personal experience, people from the USA usually order things they assume is common in the rest of the world like the chicken waffles and chilli fries etc. Hence our confusion. Especially if you visit Europe they will most likely not humour your request and serve you what they think would work. If it is not on the menu, do not ask someone to whip it up for you.
That's what I was thinking throughout this whole thing. I've NEVER been to an Italian restaurant and said, "Hey, can I get an order of beef teriyaki?" It doesn't matter if it's something you assume is a "common" thing or not, why would you go to a restaurant and order something they don't have on the menu!?
Load More Replies...These food mistake problem would be resolve if they just read and follow on their menu. Most of these are from self-absorb customer who thinks they can just order whatever on their minds
Honestly people, what did you think was going to happen when you asked for onion rings in Nairobi? They have menus for a reason!
I've traveled all over the world and eaten wonderful things. Usually places with tourist dollars coming in put a description of what their food actually contains. Try their food, why travel if not to have experiences?
I would guess about half of these are restaurant people being passive-aggressive, and the other half are people ordering off the menu.
At last we have found out what's wrong with the world haha ....... people!
I call b******t on the subway extra pickles one - you are right opposite the server telling them what to put on or miss at every step of the way. The only way to end up with that mess would have been if the person ordering kept asking them to add more pickles.
Doesn't anyone look at the menu to see if the restaurant even serves what you have in mind?
Other than the mayo one and the double espresso most of these seem to be a problem with ordering something not on the menu
I don't eat them anyway but the biggest problems seems to be with onion rings and cheese fries. Maybe it's the world's way of saying "yuck"
I ordered a Mexican plate with a variety of things. They put everything in one box literally. Next time I ordered the nachos on the side. They put the chips in bag, and still put it all in one box! I did not take picture or EAT!

I figured he was just being funny untill I got my order and he actually rolled the rice up between the durum (with the meet and the vegetables as well). Still don't know how he did it and it wasn't even that bad! He had a good laugh too when I explainded what I had meant. So sweet for trying anyway so I'm still a customer there! that guy sure loves his job!Helas no picture though...
