My long-time goal was to visit either the Rocky Mountains in USA or in Canada to see the snow top mountains. In Finland we only have fells, and even though there are mountains in Norway and Sweden, the mountainous areas of North America was something I always wanted to see.
When I went to study photography in exchange to Montreal, I finally had the chance to do so. After my semester was over, I travelled to Alberta, where I was able to see the mountains and photograph them, and the places were truly worth experiencing. The images are edited to an extent so that I feel like the convey my experience to the viewer as well as possible.
