“Changing your idea of what robots can do,” reads the slogan of the company called Boston Dynamics. Not gonna lie, they sure did change my idea! In case you haven’t heard about them and somehow missed all of their iconic creations on YouTube, Boston Dynamics is an American engineering and robotics design company founded back in 1992. Their mission is “to build the most advanced robots on Earth, with remarkable mobility, agility, dexterity and speed.”

Recently, a Twitter user named Reza Zadeh shared Boston Dynamics’ newest YouTube video on Twitter and pointed out how dancing makes robots much less intimidating.

“Our whole crew got together to celebrate the start of what we hope will be a happier year: Happy New Year from all of us at Boston Dynamics,” the company writes in the description of their video on YouTube. To be honest, I’m not sure if a company making robots could end the year in a more perfect way.

The newest Boston Dynamics’ video captures a robot crew showing off their sick dancing skills to a song called ‘Do You Love Me?’

At the beginning of the video, there’s only one robot performing its fun little dance, but then a few moments later, another one that looks exactly the same crashes the stage. Soon enough, the couple is joined by another robot, looking a lot different from the previous two. Finally, there are four robots dancing while “Do You Love Me?” is playing in the background.
