Mom’s Lunchbox Letters To Daughter Published 11 Yrs Later Should Be Read By Every Kid
Busy mom Stephanie Skylar wrote her daughter Skye Gould 100-plus letters over the 2003-2004 school year when Skye was in 6th grade, and now, Skye has collected them in a series called the “Lunchbox Letters,” which reveals the special relationship parents can have with their children. The letters range from advice on dealing with other kids in school to expressions of love. In 2014 Skye finally published them.
Skye explains her motivation for publishing the letters on the project’s website: “What words have our loved ones told us over and over that we need to be reminded of? How can we forever eternalize this advice and pass it along to others?”
