Let’s begin!
#19 is wrong. Khazad-dûm is not the name of the bridge itself, but the whole of the dwarven kingdom. It's variously referred to as "the Bridge of Khazad-dûm," and "Durin's Bridge'. In the book, of course, nobody should care about what they may or may not call in the films.
Very much this. This was the only one that I "missed", and I was not wrong.
Load More Replies...18/20. Could have been 19, but apparently I cannot read. The only one I did not know was the Ent one.
Also 18/20. I missed that one as well, along with misreading #13.
Load More Replies...Yes. He said "I'm back". Fellow superfan I see!
Load More Replies..."What is Saruman's tower called?" --> with a picture of the wrong tower. Sigh.
This is all well and good, but the real question they should have asked was "Where was Gondor when the Westfold fell?"
I only got 12 out of 20 but some of these I remember more from the books than the films. Plus I haven't read the books or seen the films in a long time.
Seeing "Bill" as a choice for Shadowfax's name sent me. Lol. "Bill has been my friend for many a long..." lolol
The movies are amazing, but I admit the movies do cloud my memory of the books since the books were first.
Load More Replies...Completely wrong! The question is "how many did he ask for" NOT "how many did she give"
Load More Replies...#2 is incorrect the elves were not given any rings. They made them for themselves without Saruman. When Saruman made and put on his ring they detected it and removed their rings. They only put them back on after the one ring was lost. I believe all the rings were intended to be given to the elves but the crafting of the 3 rings put a wrench in his plan.
That is interesting because later question points out the elf Celembrimbor made the rings.
Load More Replies...I got 17. Not bad since I've only seen the films one and read the books once about 25 years ago. I admit, 2 were complete guesswork, and LOTR memes help fill in the blanks.
16. I'll take that, it's a while since I've seen the films and even longer since I read it. I had no idea that rings had names.
