Life After Death…

I think the title pretty much describes, what this post is about.
I’m an atheist, so I don’t believe in a god, or a higher being.
But I’ve seen “orbs” on video. So maybe that’s what’s left of us, after we die? So yes, I do believe there’s something after life/death.
I remember a documentary, where they weighed a person, as he/she was dying, and after he/she died, a few milligrams were missing. I know it could be a fart, or a drop of sweat falling next to the scale, but what if those few milligrams were his/her soul leaving the body?
Even as an athiest, you can think about life after death, without having some god or entity interfering.
What if those “orbs” we see in online videos, are our souls.
After we die, we become “orbs”, with our memories intact, and we float around in space, waiting for the person we love the most. And no, we don’t have a say in it. We’ll be joined by the person we love the most, and who loves us the most.
When that person dies, he/she join us, and we go on a journey around the Milky Way. We visit Mars, Pluto, Jupiter, and so on. And when we’ve seen the Milky Way, we float into the galaxy, to explore other worlds.
Wouldn’t that be nice?
I’d like to know what other people think about life after death. If you believe or not, and why. What you think is waiting for us, after we die.
I realise that when we die, we just die, and that could be it.
Let me know what you think in the comments.
My native language is Dutch. I’ve been online for nearly 20 years, typing/learning English, so I’m pretty good at it, and when unsure, I look it up. If there are any grammatical errors left, don’t ruin the comments by being a grammer nazi…

Share on FacebookI don't understand why you guys are hating on him/her. This is what he/she believes in, does it matter what you guys think he/she should believe in? For atheists, Christianity and other religions don't make sense, and it works both ways, so give it a rest.
