Toilet walls have always been a popular place to draw. In the city of Tartu, Estonia the local street art festival, Stencibility, took over the bathrooms of the town with its LavARTory program. The program had artists decorate pub bathrooms in the town. After the artists did their thing, there was a bathroom pub crawl to check out the the “exhibition rooms”.
