These photographs are very dear to me as they show the way I see the world. I see things in very simple ways, with always a pinch of nostalgia and sternness.
A compilation of almost a year’s work and traveling, these black and white and photographs are a way of appreciating and celebrating the beauty that surrounds me. I have learnt to look with more than just my eyes.
Enjoy the journey :D

The Crossroad
I was crossing the bridge by bike. A storm was imminent and the light was harsh and dramatic. I quickly took out my camera and took this carefully framed picture.
Stormy Day
Clouds rapidly covered the sky. Yet a ray of sunlight hit the building at the end of the bridge, making a dramatic visual effect.

Taking Shelter
Lunch Time
Sometimes photographing from a high angle brings a whole new, and more interesting perspective to a scene. I loved the simplicity of what I saw.

At Magic Hour
I love photographing silhouettes. One can’t do much wrong with it.
London Calling
Waiting for Darkness
These delicate minutes before the light disappears is what is called the magic hour. Rather than an hour, it is a few minutes – it isn’t called “magic” for nothing.
About Time
I spent two days in a nunnery in Bavaria. We spoke about life and death and time and faith. About everything. We’d wonder around the nunnery.

Here is to Freedom
A cold winter day by the Beach. I saw this kid bolting towards the water. He ran with such joy.
