I’ve started my personal project for 2019. Choosing a new theme every week I illustrate it in 2 styles. The first style is sketched with an ink pen on half of the page and the second half is painted with watercolors.
This way I get to draw and paint every single week during the whole year. I get to practice both mediums and styles and I end up with 52 full pages of illustrations by the end of 2019.
I’m coming up with different themes and ideas with the help of my Instagram community, and this way I’ll never get an art block and always have something new to create throughout the whole year.
I try to push myself out of my comfort zone and I would love to see where this creative journey will take me this year.
