It’s Black Cat Appreciation Day! My Cat Shaped Black Milk Bread Recipe! 🖤😻

Hey fellow cat lovers!

I run a cookery channel called Black Cat Kitchen and I’m super excited, as this month it’s Black Cat Awareness Month – and today is Black Cat Appreciation Day! What better way to celebrate than bake a cat shaped, activated charcoal Hokkaido milk bread?!

If you’ve never had Hokkaido milk bread before, it’s so soft and airy, a little bit sweet (and can be made sweeter), and just pulls apart with minimal effort. In this case, my cat shaped loaf is also light-defyingly black!!
