It’s Black Cat Appreciation Day! My Cat Shaped Black Milk Bread Recipe! 🖤😻

Hey fellow cat lovers!

I run a cookery channel called Black Cat Kitchen and I’m super excited, as this month it’s Black Cat Awareness Month – and today is Black Cat Appreciation Day! What better way to celebrate than bake a cat shaped, activated charcoal Hokkaido milk bread?!

If you’ve never had Hokkaido milk bread before, it’s so soft and airy, a little bit sweet (and can be made sweeter), and just pulls apart with minimal effort. In this case, my cat shaped loaf is also light-defyingly black!!

We decided to collaborate with another baking channel who is also a guardian to two beautiful black cats, to bring you some black cat facts and some black cat related recipes! So be sure to watch my video to find out more about our loving Gordon and cheeky Kiki kitten! 🐈🖤😻
