Everyone wants a smooth vacation or business trip experience, especially when it involves staying in a hotel. The staff is well aware of this and tries to offer the best customer service possible.
In some cases, they go above and beyond by creating ideas to entertain their guests, such as making a pillow fort on the bed... While a few of these ideas might border on the risqué side, we can only speculate whether they've been approved by managers or if they're the result of employees trying to inject more fun into their workday.
We've gathered a collection of pictures with some hotels' clever ideas to make their guests' stay more fun, so don't hesitate to take a look!

Hotels are always trying to bring in new customers, especially when they're not fully booked. They use interesting methods to do so. Hotels draw in customers with discounts and special offers that appeal to their wallets. Good marketing connects with the target audience's desires.
Hotel Maid Clearly Found My Sunglasses
My Hotel Has The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights Next To The Bed Instead Of A Bible
Please PLEASE normalize this! I'm neither Mormon nor Christian and neither are others. But we're all human.
I always found that "Bible on the bed side table in hotels" weird. Just why? They should add the Koran, the tora, the satanic bible and stuff for other religions to it. But I guess we all know what would happen...
Ig it depends where it is, like if it's a place majorly visited or the overall population is Christian they might have a vibe. But lately I've been noticing options for whether any religious books, etc are wanted for some hotels.
Load More Replies...That’s cool. I know not everyone is Christian but I am. I’ll just bring my own Bible.
Right. I respect the hotels effort to share a message of protecting human's rights.
Load More Replies...I don't remember which hotel was it that I stay at, but they also had them on the night table.
Amazing I enjoy and follow my faith ( not one of the big ones) ,I do not like having others beliefs foisted on me, this is so universal I honestly cannot imagine this offending anyonr, occasionally I remember a time I had no rights according to my abuser, but mostly I practice my faith quietly and both my wonderful hubby and my beautiful daughter have followed my path and are learning about my beliefs. I'm so proud of these amazing people😊
I'm so curious if you don't mind sharing what is your faith? I promise no judgment I just legitimately love learning new things.
Load More Replies...Love it! It's only in the US that you find bibles in hotel night stands. Never seen that in Europe Human rights makes so much more sense!
We have them a bit in Australia, but not every hotel, just depends if Gideon's have decided to donate them in that particular one.
Load More Replies...I love that the hotel did this, especially as a non Christian myself, but generally hotels don't put the Bible in the drawer. It is usually missionaries and people proselytizing who give them out.
ok so they must have an alien book of rights too, got it.
Load More Replies...Most hotels in the US have Gideon Bibles in a drawer in the nightstand next to the bed. Something that started in Montana in 1908
Load More Replies...This is a great idea, think about how someone may be being trafficked and not know it? Or know it but not know their value as a person. I mean hotels sadly are places where lots of this stuff goes down so this I a great resource to have
How can someone not know they're being trafficked? /gq
Load More Replies...I should really give that a read, and not wait to be in a hotel :) I have read UN declaration on the rights of children because I work in education and I quote it (probably more paraphrasing) a fair bit.
I've never heard of this. Wondering what countries are failing.
Having bedtime stories for people is nice. God doesn't exist and apparently human rights don't either.
Technically, we can't definitively verify or disprove the existence of a supreme being without doubt. We can only interpret what we find and hope for the best (whatever we believe "the best' to be). Of course, human rights do apply to everyone. And bedtime stories are nice. I'm sure that some people would quite appreciate, perhaps, a few different choices of books to read before bed.
Load More Replies...In today's market, customers value experiences more than just low prices. Hotel marketers are finding ways to personalize experiences that genuinely please and emotionally connect with customers. This is achieved by training staff to provide emotionally satisfying stays for guests. Consistently offering exceptional hospitality encourages customers to return and recommend the hotel to others through word of mouth.

Hotels nowadays attract customers by creating content that people want to share. They use social media to produce eye-catching marketing materials that grab the attention of potential customers and persuade them to consider a hotel stay, even if it wasn't originally in their plans. This approach is especially effective for reaching less frequent customers.

Hotels also take advantage of platforms like Facebook, which prioritize video content, to share visually appealing material that encourages sharing and attracts customers.

They say it's often easier to keep and make more money from your current customers than to find new ones. However, customers don't always stick with the same hotel forever. To address this, hotels have come up with unique loyalty programs. These programs help attract new customers and keep the old ones coming back.

You've probably seen similar programs in coffee shops and stores. In hotels, these programs often reward customers with savings, like a percentage off their stay, earned by staying a certain number of nights.

Hotels appeal to customers by offering a unique experience. Instead of just selling a product, they create an experience that matches what customers are looking for. People choose hotels that match their style, standards, and preferences. Hotels that lack attractive interiors and amenities struggle to attract customers because they aren't memorable.

Great hotel and customer service! When I forget once a shirt in a hotel in Nitra, Slovakia, I didn't get it back! I called them almost immediately and initially they said they found it and they will keep it safe for me since I was supposed to come back the week after. Surprise, after I arrived the next week, they told me that they have thrown away my shirt "by mistake". Not even an apology was offered.

I just want a comfortable, quiet and clean room... no frills or gimmicks required.
This list reminded me of a hotel in Germany where there was a little tasseled cord on the headboard - when you pulled it, it played a little music box lullaby!
How interesting. I can't afford to travel so I got to see a part of the world!!
a lot of nice things. I was just wondering if im the only one who doesnt like towel animals. First of all i think it takes up too much time for them. Second of all i dont like the idea of "messing" with towels i have to wipe my face with. I cleaned holiday cabins and appartements. We were told that things had to look clean, they didnt have to BE clean. No time to wash hands in between. I was smart enough to bring my own rubber gloves.
