30 Times People Uncovered How Fake Some Pics On Instagram Are And Just Had To Share (New Pics)
Most of us are probably guilty of polishing our social media accounts. Some, however, don't stop there. They go above and beyond, inventing a totally new self. Luckily, the subreddit r/Instagramreality is dedicated to exposing these fakes, and allow us to see their true colors. With 598k active members, they regularly post new findings that sometimes look too bad to be true. Yet they are. i know this will get hate butttt. THOSE R SUM PHOTOSHOP SKILLZ. Sry i know nothing ab photoshop.....
no reason for anyone to hate. You're not wrong lol. I couldn't edit myself like that if I tried
Load More Replies...Omg! I remember hearing about this story. Nothing in the photo is Photoshop that is on make up and make up tricks. That is something black fishing
Hey, have you seen Martina Big? She used to be a very white German woman, now she made her skin artificially black and she says she's a true (and persecuted) African woman. She's a phenomenon for sure.
Ah yes, the modern "blackface" I can see the political ads for her in the future.
Now that I realize it, blackfishing is totally a thing I just didn't think of a name for it
Sorry she should be ashamed (never mind she's an "influencer" they have no shame).
that it's blackface. i agree she looks gorgeous but it's not right.
Load More Replies...was is "once u go black, u never go back" or "once u go back, u goes black"?
How do you know she isn't mixed race and just had a strong tan on the right?? People are quick to judge and jump to conclusions. The lighting on the left might be making her look paler than she is.
Wow - can't believe someone would do something like that. But she is beautiful in both photos!
What is wrong with the way she is normally? I think she's really pretty.. It's probably just me..
I agree with you. I alresdy wrote a comment that said pretty much the same as yours and it for down voted lmao
Load More Replies...Oh please people she s a make up artist that was just doing looks.
I don't understand why she wants to do that... I honestly think she looks pretty before 😕
It's clear that she is not 100% white. Her facial features don't look european.
The problem is she darkened her skin tone. The other things would be more acceptable expect for the fact that she's portraying herself as a different ethnicity. Though it may be possible that she is not in fact 100% white, but all we have is the posts title and the two pictures to go by

What pisses me off the most is edited booties. Like, I've got the same a*s these birds are Photoshoping onto themselves, yet I've been bullied for it for most of my life.
Same her just with big boobs. A f*****g nightmare in every aspect (clothes shopping, the way people treat you, back problems) but on pics it seems to most desirable thing. Whcih it really isn't !

Our poor kids these days don't stand a chance. It was bad enough when I was young with magazines and their unrealistic photos but kids now days are completely inundated with it. Not only do they see it but are encouraged to do it themselves. They are completely immersed in this fake lifestyle.
I don't know, this is depressing. All these people are lovely without the Photoshop (disregarding any personality traits, since I don't know them). The fact that they can't just be happy with who they are is rather sad.
I get a little bit of photo editing (emphasis on little). I tend to get horrific cystic acne on my chin. Think acne that you can see from across the street—even though I’m on oral & topical medication. If I take an otherwise nice photo with my family I will edit out the acne because it’s awful and I hate seeing it. But I don’t understand editing your whole face and/or body?
Azelaic Acid has improved mine a lot. Not perfect, but a LOT better. Don't know what you are taking but I've had various pills and lotions and none of them have beaten this. Threw away my prescription cream and stopped taking pills. I'm sure it doesn't work for everyone but might be worth a go.
Load More Replies...so many kids didn't get any love and care when they were Young. its sad and pathetic
Photoshop is a horrible tool. I could understand if you want to buff out a zit you have, but to morph yourself into a whole different person? That just makes it out to be you have huge self-esteem issues and you’re spreading it to others who think that’s what they’re supposed to look like
I dunno, these people aren't trying to hurt anyone and they're obviously self conscious. We all know Instagram is edited, I feel like "calling out" these people is a waste of energy. I'm ok with getting downvoted for this, I very well might be in the wrong.
I'm so glad this c**p wasn't around when I was young... Great times.
I feel really uncomfortable with this photos. They look like ghost of their mental illness. they are not images but symptom....
And the moral of the story: Don't even try to pretend to be something you're not! Artificial pics, artificial personality, artificial people.
was there a mass breakout at Area 51 or something? Either that or Slenderman has unleashed all of his children upon the earth.
Anyone else feel queasy and a bit upset after looking at these pictures? These people need therapy not filters and fillers.
Isn't it less sinister than what most comments think? Aren't photo shopping and posting the results just a trendy game these days?? Like a mass shooting??
Load More Replies...The young women doing this to their pictures should be bloody ashamed! There are young, impressionable tweens looking at this rubbish thinking they aren’t beautiful because they don’t look like them. I have 3 beautiful daughters and I’m angry as hell about this self promoting S#*T!
I feel so sorry for these people. Maybe it's funny, but also making fun with someone's bad psychology. If it's only funny, then there is also problem with the one who laughs with these people. And finally, maybe a lot of who criticize, also change their view to others in many other ways.
The saddest ones are those who were naturally beautiful and fresh-faced, then permanently disfigured themselves. Ex: # 23? (What Happens Over 3 Years As An “Influencer”. Her Skin Looks Burnt To A Crisp). They all look the same after plastic surgery. It's scary how younger people think it's beautiful.
I think it’s nice to see beautiful stars without photoshop and tweaking. It’s good to see that many of them are just above average.
When you look like a hip chicken at insta or FB, but in reality you are a turkey...
Then we people who want to look like that and they risk their life to change permanently with extensive surgeries.
Seriously, Instagram is kind of website where you can make yourself so perfect that people are too jealous and getting suicide
Load More Replies...Half of these make me think they were posted by incels who are outraged that women wearing makeup is "false advertising".
What a shame. I'd hate to have their view of themselves! Cannot be a nice way to live :(
I'll be glad when the whole talons/claws look for fingernails has passed. They look dangerous and completely impractical.
I feel so sad for those people. How much self hatred do you need to have to change yourself so much....
I don't understand the need to be accepted being so strong that you create a fake image that is ridiculous, sometimes to the point of physically impossible, and is proven as much the moment you walk into real life.
I know they don't see what we see and it IS a form of mental illness. BUT SHIIIIT! Look at it! I feel so good now. I look the same whether I go buy toilet paper or go celebrate my birthday out on the town. Proud of it!
Hahahaha, Thanks for sharing this hahahaha, This made my day and week ahahahaha
Do these people realize that no one with half a brain would buy into those fake bodies and faces? I just don't get it. Desperation, maybe - but desperate for what??
Women have been doing this shite for centuries... before faking it on Instagram, it was called "Wearing Makeup".
First, a lot of these are horrible but how many times can you pick on Kailey? We get it. Second, I wish the author had chosen a better selection overall. Many of these are so horrible, they shouldn't have been included at all. I would have rather enjoyed ones that were a bit more subtle. The obvious ones are just too obvious.
I don't understand how people see themselves in pictures this way and think "yeah, that looks good, that's believable!"
thats why I delete my intagram..too much fake people, also I used to follow so many artist and I Only the same draws every time.
Or you could just let them live their life...not like its affecting you
Except it does, they set themselves up as role models and people waste a lot of time/energy and possibly their health trying to live up to their standards.
Load More Replies...All of these pictures makes me want to do one that is just so out there there would not be a debate. Dont have any editors to try with.
Why isn't Kim Kardashian in this article? you did Kylie 3 times!!! get it right next time. Kim's photoshop is worse than Kylie.
