This series was never planned! It started as just an experiment of this style of drawing out of curiosity. I sort of gradually found out that it was helping me as a remedy for my anxiety attacks.
Then, whenever I was having an attack again, I started to draw. I drew what I feared and what gave me relief. I drew myself helping me!

I am a visual arts enthusiast, architect, and illustrator based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I'm currently working as a creative director for some upcoming exciting projects in an ed-tech company in Bangladesh.
Yes, yes, it's like trying to get the air you need to breathe, not knowing if you will make it.
I've been drawing since my childhood. Studying Architecture opened some interesting dimensions of art for me, I was introduced to digital art media and I started to explore the art language as much as I could.
The thing that makes me passionate about drawing or doodling is that it is a communication medium for me through which I can express whatever I want without having to worry if it makes sense or not.
this one is so fantasy-like, and reminds me a lot of a story I'm writing
This is really good!! I respect your art its really really cool!!!!!!!!!!!!
Most of the drawings I make in my leisure time for me are sort of translations of my subconscious mind.

Here I sit trying to compartmentalise every different aspect with the hope that each on their own will be much less overwhelming. Maybe I’m trying to make life the big picture and split all the turmoil into little pictures that are seen less often perhaps in the way we walk through a gallery - only able to see or sense a limited amount ar any one time.
I see a few things in this one. I see lots of cymbals - the worst sound in the drum kit and I want to thrash them all in an attempt to release all the tension I’ve got built up. The old cliche about feeling like a mushroom and everyone feeds one nothing but s@#t. A whole lot of barstools but still the one loner at the end of the bar trying to drown in one’s drink.
I love looking at a starry sky a long way out of the city where so many more can be seen. It gives me a sense of peacefulness that sometimes helps me find some inner calm to quell my anxiety.
I truly honestly relate. I draw when I'm in an emotional state, and usually when my double depression kicks in, the drawings get extremely dark and creepy and sometimes scary
I saw this one as representing layers - sort of like one for each aspect that forms our anxiety.
this is me now. I used to be a people person but now I prefer to be alone or spend time with animals.
Oh boy, if I could really fly far away from everything that troubles me.
Though there are things that will always haunt me, I’m thankful that eventually I can somehow reach my little island of inner peace.
Drawing is really therapeutic and helps distract the mind and release those feelings. I find drawing extremely helpful when I feel anxiety or depression as well. Very beautiful work and I hope you feel better over time.
Thank you so much for those kind words! :D
Load More Replies...These are great. I like how you've captured the feelings that come with anxiety.
Really glad that You liked these! ^_^
Load More Replies...This is not just doodling, you are creating true art. Although I see some japanese/korean art style influences but like a true artist, without using a single word to you have the ability to visualize feelings/thoughts directly onto paper. I sincerely hope you do something professional with this IF not PLEASE keep sharing your art with the rest of us :-)
Thank you so much for those precious opinions! Means a lot! :D
Load More Replies...I also really like your style; I have a few favorites. I do get a sense that you feel like you're drowning. I can't say I understand but I certainly can sympathize with how you are feeling. I think we've all been there and it's okay to ask for help. The suicide one made me worry. Pls. take care and reach out to someone that can help/understand.
Thanku so much for these kind words! I am trying my best! ^_^

Really dark, they have me anxiety. I am not being a troll, they are really upsetting to me.
"OPA-Only Positivity Allowed", that makes for a happy life. It's hard to block it all out and I don't know your life, but try to make the conscious decision that you won't allow other people's opinions have any control over the most important person in your life, You! With daily affirmations from good Pandas and practice, like you are doing with your drawings, you can go far! I for one, am very proud of you and do hope that you continue to produce your works of art as they are both entertaining and collectible pieces. You will go far with these, just keep it up. You have found your way out of that drowning place. Love from Pa, USA.
Thanks a lot for all these positive words!
