So you go out with your kid and let them feel the leaves, twigs, rocks, soil, bark, etc. as those are all tactile assignments (smooth, spiky, rough). Might get some different bugs crawling on their hand to feel the difference. Smell some droppings. Plenty of things here that a blind kid can do with their parents. What did you want? For them to sit in a corner being blind while the rest of the class goes out and do stuff?
