From cute daily outfits to stunning ball gowns, Disney princesses have always been the main fashion inspiration to little girls all around the world. While we nostalgically dream of puffy dresses and glass slippers much like those Disney characters, we have to admit – they are pretty old-fashioned and wouldn’t make it onto a modern runway of a luxury brand or the cover of a fashion magazine.
What fashion brands and clothes would Disney princesses choose if they lived in modern times? Russian artist Anastasia Kosyanova knows the answer to this question and shares it with all fashionistas worldwide. One thing is sure, befitting a true princess, these girls would definitely go on haute couture shopping. From Prada to Versace, our favorite pretty princesses certainly know their worth and are ready to make a fashion statement.
Based in Yessentuki, Anastasia discovered her talent for drawing and fashion trends when she was a little girl, so at the age of 17, she began Costume Design studies at university. Now, at 28, in addition to her job as a fashion illustrator, she pampers her 78,000 followers on Instagram with stylish artworks and Disney character drawings. Anastasia knows all about style, trends, and brands which combined with admiration for Disney princesses results in a glamorous Vogue-worthy collection.
These Disney fashionistas can teach you a thing or two about rocking the best street outfits, so look closely and enjoy a free fashion consultation.

Aurora
Elsa
Mulan
Rapunzel
Anna
Esmeralda
Merida
I feel that being the way she is Merida would choose to wear pants. Really awesome though!
Tiana
Belle
Cinderella
Vanellope
Pocahontas
That's a bit ironic. Cause you know... Pocahontas and leather Jacket?! Like yeah she was an Indian but in this century she would be for protecting animals not for killing them :-|
Tinkerbell
Snow White
Kida
I'm so happy she on the list because her movie didn't do well a lot of people don't even know she exists.
Moana
Megara
Ariel
Jasmine
I think a clinic that treats eating disorders would be more needed than luxury shopping.
yea all the other pictures are nice, but this one, Jasmine looks sick.
Load More Replies...Her and Arial need to get some help from their doctors for there eating issues, because I feel really bad. :(
you said a font needed help. but Ariel needs help, too.
Load More Replies...What is it with the, malnourished stomachs??? Do they not eat because they wanna be fit? Disney already makes them good enough.
Princesses would support only ethical brands :) They love animals and are kind, I doubt most of them would go out in furs and leathers these luxury brands make.
Probably if we can forward the imaginary Agrabah in time, probably Princess Jasmine would be someone very close in resemblance and habits to the heir of some wealthy/royal family in Saudi Arabia or Jordan. Despite the look being exactly like in the movie, she wouldn't be dressed like this at all even after shopping for nowadays' haute couture clothes. It's sad to see her in such anorexic state....she's modeling too maybe ?
As a Jasmine myself, absolutely not. Not the color, not the bell bottoms, just no.
These pictures are HORRIBLE. They all look like they havn't eaten in weeks.
1) Again, again, and again re-purposed / re-drawn Disney princesses. Yawn. 2) Free advertisment for brands with at least partly questionable ethics. 3) Anorexia hips over and over again. Thus: nope.
not just hips, but the whole anatomy both here and original Disney (some examples: https://www.buzzfeed.com/donnad/the-impossible-anatomy-of-a-disney-princess ) is just wrong
Load More Replies...Disney princesses know better than to spend their money on c**p just because a certain name is printed on the bags.
I know, a lot of these princesses are really smart and wouldn't spend money on something like that
Load More Replies...Because society puts pressure on women to have perfect bodies... I guess this is just another example of that...
Load More Replies...This is NONSENSE. Why does Boredpanda have to show Disney Princesses? These are commercial products that get free advertising, the fact that this article exists means Disney is involved. The comics show unrealistic, and possibly dangerous idealized images of women.
This was disappointing. These redone Disney princesses are so skinny they are literally repulsive. There is not one outfit that I think reflects the personality of the princess.... and I can only sit here and ask what was the point and purpose.
Yeah, at least some of the other ones wore clothes that cleverly reflected the movies they were in. Only Jasmine wore clothes that actually meant anything to her movie. This post was extremely disappointing and unoriginal.
Load More Replies...Merida and Mulan are about substance, not frivolous spending. I don't think they would wear any of the things in the illustrations of them.
And Tiana. luxury shopping instead of her dream? Muhaha.
Load More Replies...If these were designed to be used for children I'd have major issues about the warped body images they create. They are very stylized. I just didn't understand the relationships between the characters and the stores. Tiffany and Cartier don't have clothing lines. I'd love to see what Belle would really be wearing. I expect it would be practical and cozy. Ariel, nothing to do with her mermaid side. Tiana was a princess, but she is shown in jeans, a white shirt and sneakers, and yes, a nice purse. However, is there some unconscious prejudice going on here? So, not a fan.
Princesses dont have to wear dresses, so im not understanding why you are confused that shes wearing jeans and a t-shirt
Load More Replies...Boring, dumb..... Disney is lame, princesses reinvented is unoriginal, and those brands are for people who love inflated prices and need their self esteem pushed by a brand. Those princesses do not need a brand to stand up for their reams, thats the whole point of the disney princess thing. So, really not that well thougt out
Those girls don't need more branded designer wear... they need a sandwich.
And yet again, someone draws Merida as a scrawny little girl when she was the only D-princess who was reasonably normal sized. really tiresome. Nice drawings but sad that they feel they have to promote designers instead of their own work too.
And yet AGAIN, the feisty and brave princess from The Black Cauldron is no where to be seen!!
Most people are complaining that the princesses are too skinny, and while I understand that, I was more bothered by the art. To me it just looks like someone photoshopped the head into a random body. Also, apart from Jasmine, their clothes don't reflect what the princesses actually wore in their movies. Kinda disappointed....
Oh no... nonononono... not these "XX reimagined as YY"-posts again D:
I am SO tired of these kind of articles!! THESE ARE ANIMATIONS PEOPLE!! As in, NOT REAL!! Hence the term, PRINCESSES!! For God sake!! One is a MERMAID!! One has a FAIRY GODMOTHER!! (is it me???)
There's nothing wrong with being sexually attracted to a cartoon character and that can actually be the sexual awakening for some preteens. The problem comes if you're an adult sexualizing an underage character, whether that's a cartoon character or someone played by a real person
