I wanna be a Toys “R” Us Kid….
Hearing the sad news that all Toys “R” Us stores will be closing its doors in the next few months, made me think back to my childhood when my mom would take me there and how much it meant to me. It made me really sad to think that my daughter will be too young to remember mommy and daddy taking her there. So, I decide to capture the memories for her.
She was more then thrilled! Yes, many stores carry toys, but it’s not the same. As a kid, walking into a store where EVERYTHING is geared toward YOU is truly impactful. So in today’s digital world where children barely play with toy’s anymore, I can’t help but feel they will be missing out on the magic of a toy store. A place where kids aren’t forced to grow up too fast, where dolls come to life and action figures save the day. A place that allows children to use their imagination. That, to me, is the magic of Toys “R” Us.
So, if you have young children, who will not remember such a special store, capture it now while you still can.
Thank you Toys “R” Us, You will be missed by many !

It is sad to hear the closing of this store and to think that kids are not going to be able to experience such an amazing place growing up. Mila brings such beauty and joy to a sad situation! <3
This was a great idea and as always Mila is adorable. A trip to Toys R Us was always the best reward growing up. I’m sad to see it go.
