My name is Anastasia Durasova, I’m a makeup artist and a body-painter based in New York City. And I love turning human bodies into art pieces. Body Art is a collaboration, where all the participants – model, photographer, assistants are equally important. Model and her personality can completely change my idea!
I paint model’s faces and bodies using professional products for body art, airbrush and brushes,eyeliner and loose pigments. It takes up to 12 hours to paint 1 human body! But usually I spend between 6 and 8 hours for one body painting.

This is such a fantastic area of art that I feel will be at the forefront in the very near future. I've seen other examples of this kind of art on the web one of them (my first taste) is depicted in the form of a chameleon!
