You already do well with depth perception, the hand looks like it really is in front of the face. Took me forever to get that right in my sketches and I still have problems with it at 53. You have natural talent, apply what the other commenters are telling you. Also, study sketches of the greats , such as Da Vinci, not so much to copy or even as a goal, but to learn from and adapt to your own artistic style. This still helps me a lot.
