I Spent 145 Hours Drawing This Hyperrealistic Portrait With A Cheap Everyday Ballpoint Pen.

I’m a ballpoint pen artist in San Diego and I started drawing about 4 years ago. I’ve made some decent drawings but decided I would put everything I have into this one to make it my best ever. 25 hours into my first attempt, I had to abort. It was..imperfect. I started over at a slower pace and an even higher standard. 145 hours later and here is the finished piece of one of my biggest heroes (and great friend), skateboarding legend Mr. Steve Caballero.
