Peeled paint is a photography series that represents the peeling of our egos. When we enter adulthood, we have years of social standards and surface level interactions to abide by that covers up our truest self. In our 20s the paint that masks our inner being begins to crack. What is left is a slow reveal to the world of ourselves beyond ego. Beyond the care and worry of how the world perceives you. What begin to matter as the paint peels and flakes off the skin, is how you perceive the world.
