I Paint Magical Wildlife Paintings Using Thick Brush Strokes, Bold Color, And Lots Of Gold Dots.

I paint wildlife portraits in a unique style. I use thick strokes of acrylic paint and a combination of dots, swirls, and even stars to add an extra dimension of enchantment to each piece I do. I think that the wildlife we share this earth with are so magical and can feel almost mythical in some ways, and I want to capture that sense of awe and respect in my paintings. I love painting pictures of animals in moments of connection – like tigers nuzzling or elephants hugging.

I love painting on larger canvases! My favorite sizes are 3 feet by 3 feet and up. I work fast and try not to over work pieces in order to keep the brush stokes expressive. On average a painting takes me anywhere from 3 – 20 hours, depending on size and how complex it is.
