I found a wooden teddy bear pull toy at a yard sale. It inspired me to create a new one similar to it but featuring Bruce Lee doing Kung Fu. That launched a new art form where I take grown-up subject matter like horror films and adapt it to juvenile playthings. Now they are in gallery shows, private collections, and even in a TV commercial on AMC. The materials used are wood, acrylics, and some metal.
