I Have Moved To Oman From Europe And It Surprised Me With Its Wilderness Beauty
I lived in the Central Europe almost whole my life and always my mind and hearth were drawn to the North. I moved to Norway for a while. But suddenly I had got a proposal for moving to Oman – the place which almost noone knows. It turns a magical place, a full of raw, magnificent nature. Massive mountains with jagged peaks, cutted with canyons called here wadis, endless deserts, cliffed coastline and much, much more – all those landscapes blew my mind. And still – there are so much stories inside!
Did you know that here is one of the biggest cave in the world? Majlis al Jinn – The Cave of Gins. Here is also one of the biggest canyons – The Grand Canyon of Arabia – Wadi Ghul, next to the highest peak, Jabal Shams (The Mountain of the Sun). The home of Satan – Bimmah Sinkhole – and wonderful, just epic – wadis, like Wadi Shab, Wadi Tiwi, Wadi Abryeen, Wadi Bhani Khalid and hundreds more. Oman has so plenty to offer and I am just shocked.
I had tried to capture some of my adventures there and here is the result.
