Was really hoping for some decent photography with that awesome subject matter. Oh well.

Its definitely got potential. You can't expect young people to start off with skill. I agree that most are nothing remarkeable, but the person taking the pictures seems to have an eye for photography; when you look at the angles chosen and so - I really liked the picture with the caution tape.
