I have always been afraid of drawing real people. To stop avoiding human expressions and anatomy, I thought drawing members of BTS into semi-realistic sketches would be a good idea since I admire all of them. I would post them online with the tag #ENDViolence and #LoveMyself because I really wanted to support their message of encouraging people to love themselves and also to give back.

The members ended up looking like sketches of manga characters and that was when I realised I can overcome portrait phobia and can draw real people!

I used Artline pens, Finecolor Markers and Derwent colour pencils on A5 Sketchbook paper. For the coloured backgrounds, I used Adobe Photoshop.
