My name is Ali Abd Al-Razzaq and I’m an Iraqi artist who loves mixing drawings with reality.

I began these interactive drawings in 2013 and now I’m looking for any tangible thing around me to start creating a new illustration. The aim of my art is to create absolutely new concepts of everyday objects. It might be difficult to look for ideas, but when they are found, the execution is easy.

I hope you’ll enjoy my new set of illustrations.

If you've missed my previous posts, you can find them here, here, here and here.

In 2014, I began incorporating everyday objects into my drawings to create a unique and distinctive style of art. After completing my first piece, I received a positive response from others who thought it was special and really enjoyed it. I have always aspired to be a distinguished artist and the reaction to my first piece encouraged me to continue pursuing this goal.

For me, the most challenging aspect of the creative process is when I am facing personal issues that disrupt my mental clarity and focus. My artwork requires a clear and focused mind, so these difficulties can hinder my ability to create. However, I take pleasure in the positive reactions of others when they appreciate my artwork and are surprised by the potential of everyday tools as artistic mediums.

I find inspiration for my artwork through the support and encouragement of my friends and other people. Their motivation helps to stimulate my imagination and cognitive activity, which allows me to come up with new ideas and bring them to fruition.

I've always been striving to create new works of art. However, I have struggled to showcase my art and gain new friends who appreciate it due to challenges in finding suitable venues to display my work. Despite my efforts to create new pieces and hold exhibitions, I have faced difficulties in presenting my art.

That's not an everyday object though: It's either a "longtime ago" or a "what's that again?" object, depending on your age... :p

I'm not sure I understand this one. What do apples have to do with books? Is it an "An apple a day keeps the teacher away" reference and the number of books is indicating which kind of apple gets the student more "brownie" points? Can someone please explain?
