Harps are hard to move around, so I designed my own to fit in the overhead bin of an airplane. Generally, harps are made out of wood, but I worked with a metal fabricator to use aluminum for weight, strength, and durability. It’s taken about 4 years and a few iterations to get right, now this one’s been to 7 states and a province (and counting). It sounds pretty lovely too.
This song, ‘Screaming Into the Void’ is about not giving up when you feel like you aren’t making a difference. I wrote, played, sung and produced it. All sounds are organic (clapping, snapping, harmonies, humming) and made by me.
