My name is Yana Khachikyan, I create miniature oil paintings on stones. Most of my paintings involve animals, especially I love painting tiny birds which are all cute and colorful. Some of my birds are of a peas size, and this makes them even more attractive. Painting such small images always attract people, the size of my creatures make them unique.

I am using brushes of different shapes and sizes, but the main tool is a palette knife – it is helpful not only for mixing paints, but also for creating all these details.

I love my paintings to be beautifully packed, so I am making cute gift boxes for each of my painting. These boxes fit perfectly by size and color.

I love turning cold stones into something bright and beautiful!
