Infusing poses into my daily routine and life provides an avenue to be more aware of every moment of my day and value the fleeting nature of our existence.
The environment I find myself in informs what posture to take so I can sync up my body with the space, finding harmony with my surroundings. Pairing daily acts of yoga with my love for photography has created a diary effect. I document where I’ve been and how that’s shaped the energy and feeling of the day.
