Is there someone you used to be friends with and now you have nothing to do with them? If so, share your story and tell us what happened. Why did it happen and where are they now? All stories are welcome.

Basically me and my friends were like odd ones out. We didn't fit anywhere and we were like the leftovers of our year. We all enjoyed each others company and we all made each other laugh the time. We always let people join out group and we gave people a place to go if they didn't have anywhere else. One day last year, we noticed one guy (let's call him tt) and tt was good through some hard times in school. He was being bullied by a bunch of people which is the reason he left his last group. We joined him and from then on, we all became friends with him. Until one day before the summer holidays, we hear that tt's mother has passed away. Obviously we were all overly sad about it and we do put best to help him. But, over the following weeks, tt starts to tell us that he's suicidal and that he wants to k*ll himself. And me and my friends being the ones that we are do our best to comfort him and make him feel wanted by everyone so he doesn't actually do it.

This is where it gets dodgy. Right at the beginning of the new year, tt never stops telling everyone that he's suicidal and that he wants to kill himself until the point that everyone kept talking about him. This was the first odd thing because almost no actual suicide person says anything about it, let alone shouting it to the school. This goes on for weeks. Then that night, just before the half term, I get a message from him saying "if you don't convince me that no one in the year wants me dead, I will k*ll myself". Now I was worrying so much because he had basically said that it was my responsibility to keep him alive. We tried to do so much for him and to help him and he kept on threatening. But that's the thing, that's all it was. Threats to get us to give him attention. Every time someone ignored him he would say that he was going to k*ll himself. Every time he messed up even in something no body would notice on, he would smash his head against the wall getting the attention of everyone. Over a year had passed from his mother's passing and that was still his excuse for his behaviour. Until one day, I asked him about him constantly yelling and smacking his head against the wall. He yelled at me to "SHUT THE F UP ____!! (my name)" and storms away to the corner of our yard. Then when I looked back to see if he was ok, he gave me a sign that basically in our school, saying that you want to fight them. That was that. We ignored him and he ignored us and everyone. He hated it at first but now we pass by in the corridors and he looks well. He keeps himself to himself and no one bothers him and he, them.
