Some of us love reading. So if you have read these two book series, I want to know which series you think is better, and why!

Noo how dare you make me choose....!
I'd have to say Harry Potter because it is just so well written and also I think it's interesting to see how it portrays Harry. Yes, he's a super powerful wizard who defeated You-Know-Who, but he's not super cocky or conceited about it. It kind of shows that he's a real (well, fictional but appears real) person. He makes mistakes, he gets angry, he cries. Just a down to earth character even Muggles can connect with. Also, the series is just fun to make references to, even after all this time. (Always)
PJ is pretty educational though and 98% of my mythology knowledge comes from there which helped me through learning Greek mythology last year lol.
Still, I'm gonna go with HP
Percy Jackson because it is slightly more imaginative and MUCH more inclusive and diverse. Also, Greek mythology is better than anything else so
Percy Jackson, no question. It's diverse, inclusive, epic, romantic, and an emotional journey. I loved Harry Potter, but it's so long and convoluted and the characters aren't nearly as inclusive and relatable. PJO has so many different interconnected worlds to explore. PJO is humor and fun and involves serious issues and isn't nearly so cliche.
But the best YA series is the Shadowhunter Chronicles. Best of all worlds. Plus Herondales are like Gryffindors and children of Athena had major daddy issues and believed wholeheartedly in love above all else.
Harry Potter. Definitely. It is really well written and has many layers that you discover with time. From a lot of foreshadowing, name meanings or a lot of life teachings. I loved them as a kid (as my mum did and she was 40) but I love them much more an an adult.

I like the Percy Jackson books. They taught a lot about the Greek gods, and I really liked that (might even read them again soon). I did not like the author of the books, though. The books were funny, and I enjoyed them for that, but all of the characters in his books are the same. Like Magnus and Percy? Anabeth and Sadie? Same. Person. Am I the only one who thinks this?
Nope. I agree 100%. Also Jason and Percy kind of. Just different backgrounds
