We are re-doing our covid wedding this summer and are looking for a unique wedding favor that won't go immediately in the trash or left in the hotel room. What's your favorite thing you've ever gotten that you either still have or remember?

A small Herb Plant or Cactus in tiny clay pot! Still have all plants I received at weddings. Another good idea is something small and edible. And my favourite was a small bag of great coffee, that I had the very next morning. It was packaged in a paper sachet with the wedding theme and my name printed on it. Items I have left or thrown away - A wine glass, an enamel mug and a coaster with my name on it, I don't like owning odd pieces. (Was 3 different weddings) Basically, don't print the names on the nice items. A few weddings didn't have wedding favours and we didn't miss it. A great idea that I have not seen yet, is to give everyone a sparkler stick with note stating an exact time when all guest will go outside and light it. Will make gorgeous photos. Keep it small and inexpensive.
