As summer rolls around it becomes more and more important to wear sunscreen, but for those people who forgot it, what was the worst case of sunburn you ever got?

The worst case of sunburn I ever got was when I forgot to wear sunscreen for a week. Aftersun and antihestamine every day for four days.
It hurt to sleep.
Went to Lake Conroe and didn't put enough sunscreen on my legs. It still hurts to walk. My face burned up too, as well as my shoulders. My sister had it worst, she had a reaction to the sunscreen as well as the sun as well and her eyes puffed up.
My skin was like crocodile skin and it hurt to put on a shirt. My skin was peeling so bad that just touching it would flake of skin
Several years ago I got a sunburn on the tops of my feet while at the beach. The tops of both of my feet were one solid blister. I couldnt put my shoes on they were so big. We were on vacation so I put duct tape on the bottoms of my socks and walked around like that. The blisters kept growing for days so I eventually popped them to relieve the pressure and they almost immediately felt better.
St Thomas Virgin Islands. Lets just say we underestimated the Caribbean sun. I had blisters, which is essentially second degree burns.
In high school was dealing with bad acne. My Dr. Gave me medicine but warned me not to stay in direct sunlight. What did I do? Went down the gulf of Mexico for spring break. My feet actually burned. Didn't know it was possible. Lol. Spent all week inside hanging out with my buddies parents.
When I was 16 I went to the beach with my friend. I am very light skinned and ginger. So I always protect my skin with sunscreen. I bought some expensive stuff and put it on every 30 minutes. It was factor 50 and water resistant.
After a day at the beach in my swimsuit, I put on my shirt and noticed my back hurt.
So apparently I forgot to do my back. Mu friend had done it once. He hadn't noticed how burned I was. At home I layed on my stomach while my roommates cooled my back with cold towels.
