I miss BP staffers keeping their BS out of the Community Members tab, the one spot where we were able to ask or challenge each other without their 2 cents. They literally started 2024 with stealing CM's posts and passing them off as their own, now they're disguising themselves as non-staffers in order to "put words in our mouths". As if the insane amount of censorship wasn't bad enough ("unalived"?). Posing as non-staff? Come on! And hasn't anyone else noticed that downvoting an article here in Community tab is suddenly temporary? The minute you leave the tab it disappears?

The period of time where trump wasn't president, and in a few months I can probably add "all my rights as a Native woman (or just as a woman in general) living in the US" 🫠

I don't really MISS this, it's more of just a childhood memory: going to the RedBox. Before streaming this was literally the only way of seeing if anything new was out. I remember being 10 and running up to the redbox and being so excited to see what we could watch tonight as a family. There's still a relic of one in a local walmart; it like never gets used. Once I heard a little kid ask their dad what that giant red thing was and I felt like an old person looking back at the "good ol' days" LOL. Love streaming though bc it allows me to access media from all over the world and without it I wouldn't have found some of my favorite shows/movies.
