Depends on what the comment is about, but if it is a personal one that irks me the most, it would relate to people who fail to look at and research (reputable research areas only) medical issues that pertain to their own health or to people they care for. They stand firm on a belief and refuse to get or give proper care (religion, hearsay, false information without proof, refusing to check or confirm something through a proper channel). It only makes things worse and blame is placed somewhere else when something could have been helped sooner or even prevented.
