Just go for it.

I don't like clapping and/or cheering. It seems awkward, and kind of unnecessary.

I don't see anything wrong with that. 👍 Kudos for sharing your opinion

I do and always have talked very openly and Candidly to my kids about my death. We’ve discussed how I want my remains dealt with, songs that I want for my funeral and how I’ll meet them on the other side. I’ve also said that I’ll try to give them little signs to let them know even though I’m not there in a physical sense,I’ll always be with them spiritually! Plus, I told them when they scatter my ashes at our favourite river walking trail, I plan to blow back in their faces, and it’ll be my butt. Finally, they EAT MY SHORTS!

I am not a dog person. I never have been. I’ll pet your dog once and then they can leave me alone. I don’t want their nose up my ass or them jumping on me. You’re just about worse than anyone alive if you openly admit that online.

The problem is the people who dislike animals. Not being a dog fan is not a problem unless you are mean to them or their owners.

Stairway To Heaven. As soon as I hear the beginning, I don’t care what I’m doing, I WILL get to the source of the music and change it!

I agree. Its entertaining and it doesnt want to be more than that. Could it have been better? Yes. But its not bad. Unfortunately part of the SW community are very sexist and racist and even before TFA they already hated the movie for having a woman and a black man as leads. At some point ut just became "cool" to hate them.

The extremely common and normalized exchange of "How are you?", "good, how about you?", "good" always had bothered me for some reason.

Because everyone says it and it is almost always just "good". No one is ever good all the time so this exchange makes lying the norm. And no one ever wants to actually hear the truth! If you say, "Actually I am not doing very good at all" they get all awkward and it starts getting very uncomfortable. And let's be real, not everyone actually really cares how you are. They just say it out of politeness. But is it actually polite to pretend you care when you don't? That's what is maddening about it! People have told me that I am overthinking something so simple and that I need 'to chill'.

Eh. No biggie. I get offended at things that mean no harm, too. 😁 It's not wrong. I hope you have some good people at your side to vent to.

Monarchy is the best system, because it is ethically right (stealing the political power from the king during a Revolution is a theft and a treason : that's literally HIS country so consider yourself lucky he allows you to live there), more reassuring and pleasant to the people since they know the Crown and the family will stay, and more efficient because politicians won't fight for petty hubris since the highest place is already taken.
