focus more on others than you, trying to make them comfortable, and help them do their best (dont baby them, teach them). It helps with social anxiety when your not focused on you

Do not be a bigot. We have more similarities than differences. If you hate someone because of something like sex, gender, sexuality, skin colour you are a moron and are missing out.

Even in your darkest moment, do remember that it will get better! You’ll find your people, your calling, even if not tomorrow or the next day! There’s only one thing yo can do to help anything, and that’s just to keep moving forward.

Make friends with people who make you feel like the happiest version of yourself, not because they give you status or give you temporary satisfaction. When I had friendships that made me look good and have me status, I was left feeling empty and alone when I needed them the most. But when I made friendships based on how they brought out the best part of myself... They aren't the most glamorous but I'll take those over the former any day.

Yes! Everyone else can hate you, but if you have even 1 real friend, you’re doing great!

I try to always be kind and always stand on the side of truth--give others the benefit of the doubt if you must, but still stand to correct them if they give out misinformation but as kindly as possible. Support others when they're feeling down and offer friendship if you can--it could save a life and everyone deserves a chance to live.

If you haven't already, I recommend drinking a little bit of water (half a cup is fine. If you can get potable water from a tap, go for it), eating some food (chips, cookies, chocolate, cereal, all the sugary and "unhealthy" things count. don't worry about your body--the important thing is that you're eating). Open a window if you can and if you can't do any of these IT'S OKAY. try to pick one. Take a step by just drinking a little bit of water today. take a step by eating one chip. Take a step by opening the window a little bit to let some air in. Take a step by sitting up in bed. baby steps are still progress.

I'm sorry this became so long--I just wanted to make sure everyone is okay. I'm here for you whether you are or not
